I Can Subscription Terms

Welcome to I Can (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) are intended to clarify the rights and obligations related to your use of the App’s premium subscription service (hereinafter referred to as “the Subscription Service”). Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Service Description

1.1 The App provides core features focused on helping users enhance focus, self-affirmation, and habit formation.

1.2 Some basic features are available for free use. The Subscription Service will unlock all premium features for you (e.g., unlocking more themes, more categories of affirmations, etc.). Specific benefits are subject to what is displayed within the App.

2. Subscription and Pricing

2.1 Subscription Types: You may choose auto-renewing subscription plans with different cycles such as monthly or yearly. Specific subscription options, prices, and benefits will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

2.2 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before the start of your next subscription cycle via in-app announcements, email, or other means. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Free Trial and Auto-Renewal

3.1 Free Trial: We may offer a limited-time free trial period for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial period ends, the system will automatically charge your iTunes account and commence the billing cycle.

3.2 Auto-Renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Payment and Account Management

4.1 All payment processes are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to its Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please ensure your account information is valid and accurate.

4.2 The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription is managed by you. To cancel or make changes, you must do so in your iTunes Account settings.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your iPhone’s “Settings” > “[Your Name]” > “iTunes & App Store” > tap on your Apple ID > “View Apple ID” > “Subscriptions,” then find this App. We cannot process cancellation or refund requests directly through in-app channels.

5.2 Refund Policy: Typically, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a subscription period. Any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple Support and are subject to Apple’s policies and decisions.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 To provide advanced features (e.g., multi-device data synchronization, advanced backup and recovery), your relevant app data may be processed and stored on our servers. We are committed to taking reasonable security measures to protect your data.

6.2 Our policy for handling personal data is detailed in a separate Privacy Policy. By using the Subscription Service, you agree to our processing of your data according to that policy.

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, part or all of the Subscription Service without prior notice.

7.2 If we terminate the service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide a reasonable solution for paid users where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Subscription Service.

9. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be notified to you via a prominent notice within the App or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
